Ingredients:
Dijon Mustard: 1 big spoon
Eggs yolk ( 1 )
Vegetable Oil ( 20 cl )
Vinegar (any Balsamic, cider, wine…): a few drops
Salt to taste

Directions:
Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils. Put the mustard, egg yolks, a teaspoon of vinegar and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk slowly and then slowly add the oil, beating continuously until you reach a firm creamy texture.
